Came by for lunch the other day and it was a tasty experience. Called ahead and my ready was ready for pickup within 10 minutes. Parking is available inside the private lot or on the street. Some staff wore black disposable gloves and all staff wore aprons. Some staff were smoking above a metal dust bin next to the dumper with a plastic rubbish bag...that may be a fire waiting to happen... The braised beef wide noodle soup was tasty. The noodles came uncooked and required a 20-25 second cooking before dipping with the soup and meat. The vegetables and crushed garlic were placed separately inside the container. The spicy lamb chops were flavorful and meaty, although on the pricier side at $26.99. ~$25/head after tax with plenty of leftovers.

It's interesting that restaurant at this location kept on changing but they have almost always been Chinese noodle places. The latest reincarnation is a Chinese Northwestern style noodle place. I don't know whether this place is rated kosher or halal but traditonally this style of restaurants are operated by Chinese Muslims but I can't vouch for this particular restaurant. I like the noodle and lamb kebabs here. The noodles are pulled noodles (lamian) and technically that's that the ra in ramen (done by Chinese immigrants to Japan) came from. I like that they serve them with spice by default. I dislike other places that you have to tell them to add spiciness because it's akin to ordering a cheeseburger and has to tell them to add cheese. The place is smaller than it looks from outdoor mostly due to the irregular floorplan but I wouldn't say it's super crowded. You'll probably have more trouble finding parking because it's right next to hmart and the parking spots are notoriously small. There are a lot of choices for noodle thickness and I can vouch for normal. The super skinny ones are not as chewy. This is a noodle place make sure you order noodles. The lamb kebabs is also good as I mentioned but I wish it's fattier. I'll come try the chicken next time. You order through the phone so you don't have to wait for waiter.

Great beef noodle soup and I also like the variety of noodle shapes (wide and triangle were the best). We also got a diy bowl, where they bring out a big bowl of meat and you get to take as much as you can fit in one hand (with gloves on)

I like Get the Lanzhou noodle soup. Fresh noodles customized to your preferred size. Broth is relatively light but pretty fire with the chili oil. Beef is tender (although I would have been happy with a bit more). And it's only $15 - awesome value

I love this place!!! Great spot for some classic Northern Chinese noodle dishes. I tried the Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup, which was perfectly flavored for me. A nice clean and clear beef broth that was well-seasoned with plenty of chili oil (not too spicy). I ordered the thin noodles, which were perfectly cooked and clearly handmade. My friends got the wide noodles and loved them too. I highly recommend! Service is very quick too.

I decided to visit DH Noodles & Grill on a weekend and the wait was exactly 25 minutes for a party of two at 1:00 PM. You can only get on the waitlist once you register in-person iPad. I wish it had a Yelp reservation waitlist! The place is spacious, clean, and offers opportunities for large party dining. There were multiple groups of 8 during my short dining experience. The highlight of the meal was the two appetizers we tried - the styled pickled cucumber salad ($9.99) and the lamb kebabs (5 total) ($13.99) The cucumber salad was super refreshing on a hot day. The lamb kebabs were flavored well with cumin, peppercorn, chili powder and the fat pieces melted on the charcoal grill to form delicious, caramelized bits. I also got the signature Lanzhou beef noodles spicy ($14.99) with wide noodles. You were able to choose the thickness of the hand pulled noodles. However, I honestly did not think the noodles or the broth were better than Ox 9. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I enjoyed how extensive their menu was. We spent around $65 after tax and tip for two noodle dishes and two appetizers. I would definitely visit to try more authentic northwestern Chinese specialities like their lamb hamburger and big plate chicken.

Ordered online and picked up my order at the time it was estimated to be ready by. Lots of parking in the back and the location is in a clean strip mall. The staff was courteous. The restaurant had a good smell of spices and was full. That's a good sign people like the food. There was a buy one get one free deal, so I tried 2 of those. The soup was very flavorful and hand pulled noodles were not too firm and not too soft. There was a decent portion of meat and cilantro, etc.. in there. Overall very tasty noodle house with decent appetizers also!

New restaurant in town. It replaced a Xi'an restaurant IIRC. They seem to be doing great so far. The place was mostly packed. Luckily we didn't have to wait to be seated but there was a line out the door by the time we left. There seems to be no physical menu. There's a QR code on the table to scan. I wonder what happens to people who don't have phones The kids split a non-spicy beef noodles. We got the thin noodles but then also added a side of extra wide noodles for them so they got to try both. Seemed like the wide noodles was preferred. Pro-tip: You can ask for a pair of scissors The noodles are really really long. Wifey and I shared a Big Plate of Chicken. No really, that's what it's called. And guess what? Yup, it's a big plate of chicken. Mostly dark meat. There's also potatoes, onions, peppers and some wide noodles at the bottom. Very hearty and tasty dish. Could definitely use extra noodles with it though. We also tried the sweet and sour ribs. I'd say we'd probably skip that next time. Not bad, but nothing special. All in all, a worthy addition to the H-mart shopping plaza.

The food was delicious and such a great find! If you love eating at different Chinese food places, you should definitely try this restaurant. It has a modern aesthetic mixed with traditional Chinese art. You MUST try the spicy lamb noodle. If you're wary of spice like me, the "two chili" -rated lamb dish was more like a level 1 on the Thai Spice level. You can also add spicy chili oil to taste which was perfect for me. The eggplant dish was a great appetizer and very garlicky. Perfect. The cucumber salad was refreshing, but the dressing was also on the sweet side and hard to pull apart. We had to ask for scissors. The beef noodle soup can be ordered with different sizes of noodle length. Everything's ordered through phone and service was fast.
